On the weekend of July 26-27, 2025, you’ll want to be in Downtown Alameda for the Annual Art & Wine Faire. Attending is free, but attractions have a fee.
Thank you to Downtown Alameda for sponsoring today’s fun announcement!
The Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire is returning to Park Street the last weekend of July, and everybody is invited! Enjoy the summer sun and island breeze at Alameda’s largest outdoor summer street event, featuring over 200 art & craft vendors, festival foods, craft beer and wine, music performances on three stages, and a super fun kids’ area.

Rides & Kids’ Attractions
The main kids’ area will be located at Park Street and Lincoln Avenue. The ever-popular Waterballz will return this year, along with the Ferris Wheel and Bungee Jumpers, as well as carnival rides such as the Frog Hopper, Helicopters, and Jeep Ride. Look for an interactive booth with Messy Makers, face painting, balloons, bubbles, tasty food, and entertainers.

An additional kids’ area is at the expanded ‘Local Alameda Area’ on Central Avenue between Park Street and Oak Street. Find more special activities for kids from favorite local businesses, including Michelle’s Balloon Twisting, Swings & Wings, and Tutu School.

The Arts at Art & Wine Faire
Find 200 artisan booths with items ranging from ceramics and metal art to paintings, photography, wood crafts, toys, handbags, clothing, and jewelry. The main musical stages feature 11 different bands, but the list keeps growing with the local stage. See the entire musical lineup here >
The Art & Wine Faire will incorporate an expanded ‘Local Alameda Area’ on Central Avenue between Park Street and Oak Street that prominently features the iconic Alameda Theatre sign as a backdrop for local artisans. This Authentically Alameda area will have some additional fun activities for families, too.
Finding Wine & Beer
For the 21+ crowd, beer and wine booths are located at four locations on Park Street throughout the festival event: at Central Ave (1365 Park St.); between Times Way and Lincoln Ave (1527 Park St.); between Buena Vista Ave and Pacific Ave (1650 Park St.); and at Eagle Ave (1800 Park St.). Prices are $8 for commemorative glasses, $10 for beer, and $12 for wine.
