Parents, caregivers, and students are invited to attend this event to visit East Bay International High School (EBIHS) and get all your questions answered while seeing the school in action.
Students entering grades 9 to 12 and their families are warmly invited to join us on campus to discover what makes our program unique.
The East Bay International High School (EBIHS) is a college-preparatory high school offering the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme to every student. We offer exceptional academics, a diverse international perspective, and a vibrant school community.
Join us for our High School Tour & Shadow Day to learn why the East Bay International High School (EBIHS) was voted Best High School in the East Bay! Families will tour our campus and meet our faculty and leadership, while students will experience first-hand our dynamic learning environment.
EBIHS is open to all students, regardless of foreign language ability. The main language of instruction is English, and students may choose among multiple language tracks with beginner to native-speaker level language and literature courses in German, French, and Spanish, as well as introductory Mandarin. EBIHS is small by design, providing highly individualized instruction and support to each student. High school graduates holding an IB Diploma gain admission to Ivy League and other top universities at a rate 4 to 5 times higher than average.
East Bay German International School (EBGIS) and East Bay International High School (EBIHS) are colocated at the EBGIS campus in Emeryville.
