When my youngest was ready for her first pair of shoes, I was shocked to find out that there really weren’t any dedicated children’s shoe stores in the area. I found myself driving 30 minutes to get to Pleasanton and Danville just to find a children’s shoe store. I began asking around and found that nearly every parent I talked to was frustrated that there were so few options in getting a proper foot measurement and finding a good selection of shoes for their children. So I made it my mission to create what we all needed. Two years later, we finally opened and the response has been fantastic!
Emily is committed to providing a positive shoe-shopping experience for all children. “We understand and work well with babies, sensitive children, spirited children, and even kids with foot, ankle or leg braces,” she says. “We’re knowledgeable about foot health and development, and focus on each child’s foot shape to help choose the right shoes for each individual person. Properly fitted shoes alleviate foot, knee and back problems later in life!”
A small play area can keep children occupied while parents look around and kid-sized chairs are inviting for small customers.
