Both Oakland Pride and Pridefest Oakland are coming to Oakland in September. Join in and celebrate the big events and associated smaller family-friendly gatherings.
Sunday, September 4, Oakland Pride
Oakland Pride is here! Who is ready to party? On Sunday, September 4, join your friends in Downtown Oakland for the Pride Parade and Festival, including a dedicated Children’s Zone just for kids and their adults.
The Children’s Area is a dedicated safe space for children and their LGBTQ parents/caregivers/family/friends. Historically, it has featured bouncy houses, pony rides, storytimes, rides, games, a fire engine, and a photo booth. Visit their website for updates as details are finalized. We will update this article when we get more info.
