Thomas the Tank Engine is coming near the Bay Area July 29-31 and August 5 to Felton’s Roaring Camp Railroads. Book tickets via Ticketweb for Roaring Camp Railroads or call 1-866-468-7630. Many sessions will sell out.
Thomas is inviting you and your family to enjoy The Ready Set Go 2016 Day Out With Thomas tour. It is an opportunity for kids to take a ride with their favorite tank engine, meet the railway controller Sir Topham Hatt, have fun in the Imagination Station.
Each event includes:
25-minute ride with a full size Thomas the Tank Engine plus storytelling, hands-on arts and crafts, and much more! The entire experience runs about 45 minutes plus more time to wander.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $20; $24 for peak times (Saturdays and Sundays 10:30am 2:30pm).
Kids under two are free (as lap children)
Day of ticket sales are $24 (but may not be available).
(note that this video shows the 2014 experience, the dates are incorrect in the video but otherwise perfect in this post!)
Trains board 15 minutes before the trip time but it is recommended that you arrive at least an hour early. Don’t worry, there is so much to do, you’ll stay happily busy — which is way better than RUSHED.
