Tilden Park Steam Trains. First come, first served for the picnic tables located up the hill from the trains (in between the two parking lots). Or bring your own table along wtih the food and drinks to ensure you get a spot. Plan a few thematic crafts and pay for the kids’ first ride on the rails. With 5 rides for $12, this party can add up. Most fun for ages 2 to 6.

Actually i have seen all the ideas which you have described but mainly the idea of making kites and then fly them is so nice. Because in my childhood i had so much enjoyed kite festival in this festival there is kites are made and then fly them.
