What you get at a Lush Party
For ages 5+, party guests can mold soap and bath bombs with colorful, squishy ingredients in the store. Currently held outside of regular business hours, Lush party guests get 90 minutes in the store to themselves with projects and games. At Ali’s birthday party at Stonestown Galleria, the kids made two different custom products and played corn hole. Each kid also leaves with a goody bag with Lush samples.
Equally fun for a kid’s birthday party or friends’ night out, Lush parties are customizable as they are bubbly.
My 7-year-old and her friends had a blast! Lush Emeryville currently only does Sunday parties and we loved the staff! $40 a person with a 6-person minimum kids made bath bombs and played with molding soaps. They played games with the kids and was really a great place for fun “messy” hands-on activities! The kids had a blast and left with their own homemade party favors. ~ Alisha Saunders
What parents provide at a Lush Party
Food and birthday treats are allowed in the party space. Bring your food and drinks to enjoy at the small tables. For a morning event, Karen made Ali’s friends a breakfast tray of pastries and fruit.
Prices and Details about Lush Parties
$240 includes the first six guests for 90 minutes. Additional guests are $40 per person. Lush will need at least two weeks’ notice before your party to ensure they have your supplies on hand. For an extra fee, Lush can set up a second project, but the time might feel squeezed to get it all in.
The shop size and amenities limit the size of the party. 6-10 is the norm at Emeryville’s Bay Street location.
