We wanted to share this really cool program for young people to play golf at a deep discount. Youth on Course members can play golf at over 1,300 participating courses for $5 or less — including lots in the East Bay and nationwide.

The Youth on Course programs allow kids to play golf with their friends at local courses at a reduced price. It’s an amazing program that gets them out on the course and off screens. I am so glad we signed up for the program.
The program is good for walking fees at both Par 3 Courses and 18-hole courses.
Note: Greens fees do not include club rental or golf cart.
Youth on Course is for young golfers ages 6 to 18 to play at many participating courses. In addition to deeply discounted golf rounds for children, Youth on Course offers a caddie program, paid high school internships, and college scholarships.

How to join Youth on Course
Membership cost varies based on region. The price in Northern California is $60 per year and includes discounted rounds at participating courses, an official NCGA handicap, and extras like GolfPass Video through age 18. Memberships last for 12-months rolling (365-day) from the day you join or expire on your 19th birthday.
In order to join, youth must be at least 6 years old. After signing up, complete a brief set of questions, and then you’re ready to play. With membership, kids book tee times before getting to the course via phone or website using the membership card number.
You can join at youthoncourse.org/join.

I took my Grandson to our local course they charged me $5 Plus $18 For A Cart plus 18 for me thought it was 5 or less
I think the cart is not included in the deal.
Do you need to bring your own golf clubs or do they have them for rent?
