Bring the family to Fourth Street for its annual Halloween celebrations! Costumed kids to trick or treat at over 80 merchant shops. The festival will be on Delaware at Fourth Street with all sorts of free activities and entertainment for everyone.

COSTUMED CHARACTERS – Meet and greet an array of costumed characters and actors, including the Snow Queen on stilts, Renaissance Kitty, and a big, beautiful bear.
