The start of each new school year is also the time for our family movie night on the big lawn in the park. Since 2012 The Kensington Community Council has been sponsoring a movie night in partnership with local businesses. Hotdogs, drinks, movie candy, and popcorn are gobbled up while families recline on blankets in the field and watch a movie as the sun sets on a (mostly) warm September night. Picnic starts at 6:30, movie starts around 7:30.
