Visit Ardenwood Farms for Historic Days.

Visitors can ride a narrow-gauge train, tour the beautifully restored Patterson House Museum, and join park staff in historic costume for period-appropriate programs and activities throughout the day. Every historic day ends with an animal feeding at 3pm.

Other activities include:

Fixin’ Feed | 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Expend some elbow grease shelling and grinding a tasty treat for the sheep, goats, and chickens using our antique equipment. Make a new friend when you feed them by hand.

Wonderful Wool | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Come check out our fluffy fleece and learn how we can transform sheep’s special fur into wooly wonders.

Pollinator Power! | 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Explore the mighty power of creatures who help our plants to grow and bring us food. Learn how you can help support these tiny heroes.
Drop-in programs; no registration is required. Disabled accessible. Ardenwood admission fee applies. For information, call (510) 544-2797.
