Spotlight on Thanksgiving Turkey To Go by Claremont Resort & Club
Claremont has taken the hassle out of preparing your Thanksgiving Feast by doing the hard work for you! Each kit includes all “the fixings” and sides needed to make a spectacular meal; all you have to do is reheat, relax, and enjoy your time together. $195 per couple, or $375 per family. Pricing does not include taxes and fees.
Place your Thanksgiving order by noon on Monday, November 24, for pick-up from 11 am – 2 pm on Thursday, November 27, at the Carriage Entrance of the hotel.
Oakland area restaurants, caterers, and food shops do the Thanksgiving preparing and cooking – you do the serving at home.

French soul food for a fancy take on Thanksgiving. Turkey Breast Dinner Kit (Serves 2 to 5) with all the fixin’s. Note that turkey and sides require cooking at home. The Claremont Resort & Club menu looks spectacular this year. This year’s menu features a spice-brined turkey with sage pan jus, sour cream chive Parker House rolls with sea salt butter, a sweet gem and endive salad with red Anjou pear, fig, spiced hazelnuts, and citrus vinaigrette, classic whipped Yukon gold potatoes or brown sugar candied yams with marshmallows, rosemary focaccia stuffing with caramelized leeks, three-cheese mac and cheese, roasted rainbow carrots, parsnips, and delicata squash, braised collard greens with smoked turkey neck, and for dessert, your choice of apple or pumpkin pie.
