Calling all nature lovers, bird nerds, and Bay Area residents — It’s time to get your feathers, grow your wings, and prepare for your journey to The Annual Berkeley Bird Festival on Sunday, October 19!
Celebrating the region’s birdlife under this year’s theme of “Safe Travels”, the festival offers a range of free, family-friendly activities including birding field trips throughout the day in Berkeley and an entire bird-themed program of arts, culture, and science, at the David Brower Center from 12-5pm.
Register in advance to attend a trip, or gather your flock, plan your route, and safely land at this year’s festival to learn about, celebrate, and help protect our feathered migrants and year-round residents. *Field Trips will begin as early as 8:30am and take place in various locations around Berkeley*
