Join the Fremont Library for a fun craft where children will get to decorate a reusable canvas tote bag for Halloween. They are NOT giving out treats, just bags for decorating.
This program is most appropriate for children 5 and up. Caregivers should stay with children under 8 to assist them with the craft.
Space and supplies are limited. Free tickets will be handed out 15 minutes before the event at the Children’s Information Desk.
