Labor Day: Scottish Games in Pleasanton

Labor Day Weekend, 2024 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, bring your family for a celebration of Scottish Highland culture at the Scottish Games.

The schedules for both days are packed with ceremonies and performances from all over California and the East Bay. My kids and I like the caber-throwing, colorful highland dances (ok, me more than them!), whisky tasting (mostly grandparents), and kilts of many colors. Watch Brave with your kids to get excited.
