This Weekend: Scottish Games in Pleasanton

Labor Day Weekend, 2023 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, bring your family for a celebration of Scottish Highland culture at the Scottish Games.

The schedules for both days are packed with ceremonies and performances from all over California and the East Bay. I’ve never been to one of these events before, but I feats of strength like log-throwing, colorful highland dances, whisky tasting, and lots of kilts. Watch Brave with your kids to get excited.

When: September 2-3, 2023

  1. Great weekend! There are many activities for younger kids and also teens. It’s great to see the younger generation get involved.
