Art-loving kiddos will enjoy a visit to de Young Museum for its annual de Youngsters Day Out on Saturday, May 3 from 9:30 am to 4 pm.
This event is open to every Bay Area family, free of charge. The in-person, all-day event will include hands-on art-making activities and entertainment led by teaching artists and community partners, collaborations with local contemporary artists interpreting our permanent collection, and live performances in the galleries. There’s a fun and lively energy in the museum. No shhh-ing or feeling like your child isn’t welcome in a gallery.
