Fun, family-friendly Model Railroad Open House on April 11th and 12th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 645 Loring Ave, Crockett, CA.
This special show celebrates Steam Engines and the Transition Era, bringing to life the exciting period in railroad history when mighty steam locomotives and early diesel engines shared the rails. Visitors can enjoy trains in action, detailed scenery, classic railroad atmosphere, and the craftsmanship that makes model railroading such a fascinating experience for all ages.
They are also joining in the excitement surrounding the legendary Big Boy locomotive and the celebration of railroading during America’s 250th anniversary. It is a great time to experience the power, history, and charm of the steam era.
Admission is $5 per person, and children 16 and under are free.
