InsectPalooza: Magical Arthropods

This immersive, hands-on event merges art, nature, and science for an afternoon of fun (and education) for insect enthusiasts young and the young at heart.

Attendees will be able to interact with live animals from SaveNature.Org’s Insect Discovery Lab and meet a variety of arthropods from around the world. Some not-to-be-missed guests include the Australian Walking Stick, Hissing Cockroach, and fan-favorite Giant African Millipede! Local guest artists Zoe Farmer, Lauren Belkin, and Jennifer Zee will also guide you in making insect-inspired art.
For a gastronomic experience) taste their mealworm chocolate chip cookies, too!
