Not hot enough near the Bay? Those who live along the 80 corridor might want to head through the tunnel to the 925 where the air is warmer. We’ve included locations just outside the 510 where you’ll be comfortable hanging out in wet clothes!
Cannery Park Splash Pad (Hayward)
Press the red button for water fun. It gets hot out here, so don’t forget your water shoes and sunscreen!

Larkey Spray Ground (Walnut Creek)
This popular spray ground has a mini waterslide, fun water squirters and a lifeguard on duty.

Play on the pirate ship on a hot day. This place gets crowded, so arrive early to get your spot on the grass.
