The Lunar New Year Festival is back on Fourth Street in celebration of the Year of the Dragon. The event includes a martial arts demo, a featured lion dance performance, and a shop blessing parade. All activities are free to the public. Lots of fun and easy for young families to enjoy on the open space on Delaware at Fourth Street shops.
Schedule of events:
1-2 pm: Golden Lion Martial Arts Demo
2:15-3 pm: Kei Lun Lion Dance
3:15-4 pm: Shop Blessing Parade
12:30-4 pm: Craft Table for kids (all ages welcome)
Dedicated to the life and memory of Winnie Yu, co-founder of Teance Fine Teas, who began this wonderful festival in 2009. She passed away in 2017 but Fourth Street promises to keep her traditions going strong!
