“Welcome to the SHADOW,” where the Super Hero Academy Den of Warriors demonstrate together their skill, creativity, and courage through self-defense and competitive form.
Kajukenbo is a mixed martial art formed on Oahu, Hawaii in 1947, blending Chinese kung fu, Japanese judo and jiu jitsu, kenpo karate, Hawaiian lua and more.
