The event is BYO Picnic, blankets, chairs. Free and fun for the whole family!
This event was organized by a Richmond resident and mother who wants to celebrate her community and her local park. Neighbors and park-goers have been dedicating their time to park maintenance and stewardship at Tiller Park through the “Adopt-a-Spot” program.
