Celebrate Women’s History Month and National Careers Week with a day of presentations by women in STEM careers at the Main Library.
From 12:00-1:30pm, they will host a registration-only program where kids can meet two local women engineers, learn about their career, and work on a hands-on activity to learn about the literal power of fruits & veggies!
From 2:00-3:00pm, they will host a local entomologist and educator to ask her questions about her career, meet some live bugs, and participate in an activity designed for teens and up. No registration required for the second half of the day.
