The clever little miniature golf course known as Putters Putt Putt has renamed itself Putter’s Goat Track Country Club.
It’s warming up in the East Bay and the perfect time for mini-golf fun at Putter’s Goat Track Country Club — a charming, neighborhood mini-golf course in Walnut Creek (plus a location in Martinez). We made an impromptu visit with family one weekend and enjoyed some family-friendly competition. It’s a great outdoor activity for kids (and adults) of all ages.

Putter’s Goat Track Country Club is a deceptively large course. I think there are around 22 holes, but to be honest I lost count. Each of the holes is unique and carefully built by the owner (check out his story of building a patio golf course to what it is today).

We also appreciated that the course is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your pup along, too. Putter’s Goat Track Country Club does birthday parties, too!

Pro tip: if you go to the Walnut Creek location on a sunny day and are looking for a cool refreshment, don’t forget to check out Third Culture Bakery across the street. An iced matcha-strawberry latte (and maybe a mochi donut or two) should do the trick.
