All About the Egg Express Train
Sacramento’s River Fox Train kicks off its Easter Egg Express experience on weekends beginning Saturday, March 29.
The Easter Egg Express event is 2-hours including a one-hour train ride on open-air or indoor cars, plus a 1-hour Spring festival on the lawn of the River Fox Train’s private riverside park.
Family-oriented activities include:
- Easter egg hunt (bring your own basket)
- Easter Bunny photo opp
- Games and surprises

Ticket price: $59.95 for ages 3 and up | $11 for ages two and under
Dates and times: Saturday and Sunday from March 29 through April 20 beginning at 12:15 pm
Location: River Fox Train, 18095 County Road 117, West Sacramento
No outside food is allowed on board, you can purchase a snack on the train or at the Elkhorn Station Park. Parking is provided and free of charge. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.
