  1. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in an ice skate rink. I came here on 12/19/22 with my wife and a 3-year-old. Every one of our skates had ripped, fraying or damaged laces. All of our skates were wet inside. All skates were so dull that we could not get traction and had to work really hard to stay in control. This is dangerous and definitely takes away from the fun. I was looking forward to teaching my 3-year-old how to skate, but this was impossible given the mismanaged equipment. The entire experience was just full of effort and discomfort. Absolutely not what I expected.
