School Break Camp Guide Submissions

We have an ongoing need for school break childcare in the form of day camp, whether it is spring break, winter break, Thanksgiving break, or that February break that some schools get.

We maintain a useful-to-parents directory of these fabulous day camps for East Bay children. Let us know if you have questions.

Important info & dates for the School Break Camp Guides:

  • Submit your information seven days prior to the publish date to be included in the original launch. We can add other paid sponsors within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Here are the planned 2023-24 seasonal camps publish dates:
    • Thanksgiving and November Camps: Oct. 4, 2023
    • Winter Break: November 3, 2023
    • February Camps around President’s Day & “Ski Week”: Jan. 9, 2024
    • Spring Break: Feb. 20, 2024
  • Paid listings include small 468×60 pixel ads. These are shown before unpaid listings.
  • Unpaid listings are included by editorial consideration only.

  • Check more than one if you'd like to promote more than one school break camp & if details are roughly the same.
  • Make sure to include ages: ie "Happy Kids Learning Camp offers 9-5 indoor supervision for school-age children including support for remote learning, with access to gymnastics equipment during recess breaks."
  • East Bay locations where your camp is held. (We don't charge extra for these.)
  • Please list the dates of your school break camps.
  • Enter start time and end time for basic program, such as 9 am to 3 pm
  • Please include the highest full retail price for a day of basic hours. If special discounts apply, like early bird or sibling, please specify.
  • If you'd like to offer a discount to 510families readers, please specify the coupon code and savings and expiration date.
  • Who handles marketing for your organization?

    Please consider any sponsorship and upgrades at this time. These include additional placement for paid items as well as the FREE general listing option.
  • Paid listings include 20-40 word program description, URL, and basic info; paid listings include 468x60 pixel display ad.
  • We will offer a 10% discount for additional media purchased at this time (including spotlight posts, display ads, and social media bundles) for paid listings.

    Unpaid listings can also purchase other media at this time for the standard price.
  • If you are ready to go with your art assets for the 468x60 pixel ad, please upload it now. (No animated files, please). Maximum file size 30KB.
    If you are requesting a FREE listing, you do not need to upload an image.
    Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 50 MB.
  • Upload a lifestyle photograph of your campers for possible inclusion in editorial articles or social media. Submitted photos may also show up in future guides and round-ups. Send ONE photo. Pictures should have no words. Maximum file size 100KB
