Join the Alameda Free Library (1550 Oak St.) on Saturday, April 27th from 12-4pm for the annual Día de los Niños Celebration!
Sing and read during Mariela’s Music Time from (12-1pm), then get busy with crafts from (1-2pm), from (2-3pm) watch the amazing Magical Mark perform some magic, last but not least enjoy some awesome balloon twisting with Mr SHAP and free fresh churros from (3-4pm) while supplies last.
Don’t forget to *capture* a keepsake at the free photobooth station running from 2-4pm!
Additionally, there will be Free Health and Development Screening Services for Children from (12-4pm). School readiness materials will be made available at no cost for families while supplies last. This service is provided by Alameda Family Services. Help Me Grow from Alameda County and the Museum of Children’s Art (MOCHA) will also be present to hand out information to the community.
This free program is made possible through sponsorship from First 5 of Alameda County and the Friends of the Alameda Free Library. Space is first come, first served, and a full room is expected.

¡Acompáñanos el sábado 27 de abril de 12 a 4 p.m. en Alameda Free Library para nuestra celebración anual del Día de los Niños!
Cantaremos y leeremos durante el Tiempo de Música con Mariela de 12 a 1pm, luego nos ocuparemos con la Fundación Educativa de Alameda para hacer manualidades de 1 a 2pm, de 2 a3pm observamos al increíble Magical Mark realizar algo de magia y por último disfrutaremos de churros* frescos gratis desde 3 a 4 pm en el estacionamiento. *Disponibilidad limitada.
¡No olvides *capturar* un recuerdo con nuestra estación de fotomatón gratuita de 2 a 4 pm.
Además, habrá servicios gratuitos de detección de salud y desarrollo para niños de 12 a 4 pm. Los materiales de preparación escolar estarán disponibles sin costo para las familias hasta agotar existencias. Este servicio es proporcionado por Alameda Family Services.
