Try Lacrosse clinics are a free, fun, 90-minute introductory lacrosse experience for kids who have never played before, but are curious to try the sport out!
The January 8th clinic features our USA Lacrosse-designed curriculum delivered by experienced coaches from the Berkeley Lacrosse Club. This introduction program is free, full of activity, and each player gets a stick to take home!

Clinics will take place on Cougar Field at Albany Middle School. The schedule is:
- Boys style lacrosse: 12:15 – 1:45
- Girls style lacrosse: 2:15 – 3:45
Registration is open, and required for attendance. The two sessions use different rule sets — all genders welcome. Players should wear athletic clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle. Lacrosse equipment will be provided by the club.
