The Bay Area Book Festival lands in Downtown Berkeley on May 7+8, 2022, and brings with it tons of authors, including young adult and children’s book authors to speak. Here’s a cheat sheet of the children’s books that will be represented. (See the full youth schedule here >>.)

Children’s Authors at the Bay Area Book Festival on Saturday, May 7
Look for the following authors at the Children and Family stage at the Outdoor Fair. Click through the book cover images below to learn more about the books on Amazon.com or buy them from your favorite awesome local bookseller. No doubt, copies of each of these books will be available (maybe even signed!) at the fest.
We’ve featured the picture books and authors of younger children’s work, but there are also some fabulous YA authors and middle grade authors featured on the youth schedule.
