City of El Cerrito & worldOne 4th of July Festival

Celebrate Independence Day! The admission-free family-friendly event is full of fun, food and entertainment.

The event includes:

  • Live entertainment on the main stage (worldOne stage continues until 6:30PM)
  • Children’s fun area with carnival games, jump houses, face painting and rides
  • Arts and crafts vendors
  • El Cerrito Art Association Art Show & Sale
  • Lots of delicious food options
  • Vendor booths by local business and service groups
  • Free valet bike parking

Things to know:

  • Street parking around Cerrito Vista Park is limited.
  • Portions of Pomona Avenue and Moeser Lane will be closed.
  • Free valet bike parking will be available.
  • Bring a picnic blanket or a low-back folding chair.
  • Be sure to visit the food court in the Contra Costa Civic Theater parking lot and all the vendors along Pomona Avenue.
  • Purchase a wristband to give your child unlimited rides, games, and bounce house entries.
  • No dogs allowed at the event except service dogs and dogs in carriers.
  • Games and rides will close at 6 p.m. and music ends at 6:30 p.m.
