The Hayward Area Historical Society invites families to celebrate summer at the HAHS Museum of History and Culture.
On Saturday, July 18th at 11:00 am, families can attend a special story time focusing on planting and growing flowers. Following story time, children can participate in age-appropriate crafts and activities from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. This month, learn about the history of greenhouses and horticulture in our area – and make a colorful suncatcher to take home.
For those with shorter attention spans, the museum also offers a free play arts table, or a book and toy nook.
The Hayward Area Historical Society is located on the 2nd floor at 22380 Foothill Blvd. Please enter through the parking lot side and take the elevator.
