Thank you to the Solano Avenue Association for sponsoring {510} Families. The Solano Avenue Stroll as we remember it with full road closures throughout Solano Ave. and a festive parade is back, baby.

Here’s what you can expect from the Solano Avenue Stroll
From the tippy top of Solano Avenue at The Alameda to the very bottom at San Pablo will teem with people on Sunday afternoon, September 11, 2022, during the Solano Avenue Stroll street festival.
Dance groups and community organizations will parade in the street, while local merchants and others will host booths on the sidewalk. Kids can get their faces painted.
Food stands will be plentiful, and the restaurants that line Solano Avenue will also be open for business. Find porta-potties every few blocks.

Will parking be challenging? Probably. That’s why free shuttles will run from the North Berkeley BART station every 20 to 40 minutes starting at 10 am. (Last shuttle returns at 7 pm.) Or just bring a stroller and plan to park several blocks away.
From the organizers:
A closed street event! A mile of entertainers, crafters, food booths, & family fun. We’ll be planning new surprises every couple blocks.
Performances, scheduled throughout the day, will be provided by the Solano Avenue Association. Check back for updates!
