Mommy and me programs, led by nationally certified fitness professionals, provide exercise classes, nutrition, and community support for moms.
Cardio drills, strength training exercises, and stretching improves overall fitness, and the ab assault at the end of class means you get a total body workout! The classes cater to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy, and conditioned moms with one or more stroller-aged children.
This 60-minute stroller fitness class is for moms with stroller-age children. To participate in the class, moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a cesarean section) and have received verbal clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise.
