Visit the North Branch’s children section to make Papel Picado, a traditional Mexican decorative craft made by cutting designs into sheets of tissue paper. Papel picado is displayed during celebrations such as Día de los Muertos. For children ages 6 to 12 with their adult or caregiver. All supplies provided.
