Part of a home decorating contest, the map indicates houses that are decorated as well as the ones that are competing for the titles of

1. Best lights
2. Best traditional
3. Most modern

Note that two stretches have been identified as streets “worth checking out”: Seaview Place and Elm Street between Donal and Gladys.
